Although our topic was re-potting, no trees were repotted because of the lack of enough spring warmth
to foster regrowth in our trees. Instead, we discussed re-potting - its needs and techniques. This included
soil, pots and the need for mesh and wire. Questions about member's trees were answered as well.
Plans for the immediate future were for our club's exhibit March 31 from 2:00 - 4:00 at the Potawatomi
Conservatory in South Bend. Also, members were encouraged to bring their trees to be re-potted at our
April 7 meeting at the home of Larry Benjamin. Mary Hesser volunteered to bring refreshments in April.
